01Marketing site and app are different jobs
Your SaaS has two websites: the marketing site that sells it and the app people log into. AI app builders such as Lovable or Base44 are built for the second. For the first, what matters is clarity and design, which is a different strength.
02Pages a SaaS site needs
- Homepage: the promise, the product shot, proof and a clear way to start.
- Features: grouped by the job they do, with the most important ones given the most room.
- Pricing: tiers side by side, with the popular plan highlighted and every limit stated.
- Customers or case studies: before, after and numbers.
- Docs or help: even a short FAQ reduces sales questions.
03Make features feel ranked, not listed
The most common SaaS website mistake is twelve identical feature cards. A bento grid, where the feature that wins deals gets the biggest cell, tells the visitor what matters without a word of extra copy.
04Show the product
Abstract illustrations of 'data flowing' tell visitors nothing. A real screenshot or a 20-second product video tells them everything. Place it near the top, and caption it with what they are looking at.
For the marketing site, Orlume is a natural fit: it builds SaaS homepages with real hierarchy, and dream Mode builds an animated, custom bento grid with real hierarchy and an embedded product video in one click. Every site is a real React and Next.js project, not a proprietary page format.
